   In our home, you pull up to your own house, not a crowded garage or slow valet service, which take up valuable vacation time. You don't have to make small chat in elevators or worry about how you look in the lobby.  You and your guests  have your own private swimming pool, your own washer and dryer. You're able to do what you need to on your vacation--relax! 
MORE SPACE:
   They say you don't know a person until you travel with them. Well, if you're traveling with friends or family or even coworkers, you want to have as good a time as possible and that means giving yourselves personal space. And we have 3000 square feet of space. Condos advertise they can sleep 8 or 10 people, but actually only have 2 or 3 bedrooms and one or two bathrooms.  Is sleeping on a couch or a floor or waiting in line for a bathroom your kind of vacation? It isn't to us. We have four spacious bedrooms and four full bathrooms. You don't take vacations every day, so we advise thinking carefully about your accomodations and how you want to feel during your stay and how you're going to reflect back on your getaway.  Space and relaxation is why your choosing a vacation home and that's what makes our spacious home so comfortable.
COST-EFFECTIVE:
        A wise traveler/consumer considers all the costs. Our weekly rates are a lot more affordable than hotels and a lot more comfortable. Consider these extra costs you face when renting a hotel room. You're not just paying a daily or weekly flat rate.  Once you start adding in all extra costs--tipping, hotel-specific taxes,  the overpriced mini bar,  room service with delivery and tips, expensive room service or hotel dining (which often isn't even that good), laundry services, all those tips to staff, etc.  Before you know it, that $200 night hotel, just cost you 40% more than you calculated and you only got one room.  And we've got a four bedroom house!  
    FREE PARKING, FREE LAUNDRY, FREE WIRELESS INTERNET:
In our home there are no parking fees. We provide a washer and dryer, so you can toss a load in a quick load and not worry about when you're going to get your clothes back or how much the bill is going to be or how much they're going to charge you for delivering it to your room. We also have free wireless internet service (hotels charge for this , too) and Dish Network satellite tv.    
   ABILITY TO COOK AT HOME:
Some nights you just don't feel like going out. A snack at the pool, dining at home, a pizza in front of the tv. In a home, you have a lot more flexibility and especially in a group setting, it can be a lot of fun!     
A HOUSE VERSUS A CONDO: Many condos have restrictions on how often a condo can be rented out, so you have to be sure the owner is being honest and that you won't have any troubles upon checking in. A home is a lot more private. You drive up to your door, you don't have to worry about the condo residents next door, you have your own private pool (you're on vacation, why share?) Your parking spaces aren't limited. Many condos advertise they can sleep 6 or 8 people, but are only two or three bedrooms.  So exactly where is everyone sleeping?
