2011 Weekly Rate Schedule: Rates include wireless internet access, heated pool during winter months, but do not include mandatory housekeeping exit fees. *Groups of 8 to 12 people will pay a surcharge $175 on top of regular rate.


Current Availble Dates in 2011:

March through May: *$2599 per week or $600 per night for less than one week plus exit cleaning fee ($150). Memorial Week: $3,000 to $,3,500 plus exit cleaning fee.

April 2011: Passover and Easter Weeks, $3,500 per week mandatory plus exit cleaning fee for groups up to 7 people.

June through October 2011*:
$2299 to $2,599 per week.

November through December*:
$2399 to $3,500 (any week including a holiday will begin at $3,000, parties over 5 will start at $3,500.)


Rates vary on number of people in party, reservation dates and particular week or month. $150 to $200 non-negotioable cleaning fee applied to each reservation.
